Some call it moody and romantic; others appreciate the fantastic view from the long balcony on the fourth floor. obviously. The best thing about this place is location. The Fourth Floor Bar serves over three hundred wines as well as homegrown Scottish produce that has been converted to delectable fare for lunch and dinner.
