Forget pungent. eye watering curry and spicy fare that pass off as Indian food. What is truly Indian is the diverse cuisine across its massive geographical locations that is served at this restaurant. Tandoors are as Indian as Sambars and pulavs (sort of rice and vegetable dish. also made with chicken and meat). The bouquet of hospitality is what completes the Indian dining experience. and the Bangalore Tandoori takes credit and gets high marks for this. Try the Kurma. for the total Indian experience of whole spices put to good use.

The food is drenched with Curd (oil) and tastes terrible. I scraped back the sauce on a prawn and noticed that its colour was green / black. I would certainly not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Pathetic place to be in. Whoever wrote the first comment obviously does not know anything about Indian food or hospitality. The restaurant sucks and just avoid it. It stinks and the staff are rude and they dont deserve to be spoiling the name of Edinburgh. They are from Bangladesh.It is a different country. People please wake up.
