Liliha Bakery is a local landmark known for coco puffs. The cream puff shells, filled with buttery chocolate and crowned with a Chantilly frosting of butter, egg yolks, sugar and evaporated milk, are so heavenly most visitors take a few dozen home to enjoy later.
