I've found, after talking to friends and through my own experience, grief through death and through heartbreak has the same emotions. weepy feeling, aloneness, overwhelming sadness, guilt. and getting out of the feeling is also the same. getting back to routine, getting out, loving, living.
death itself is celebrated in many parts of the world as a happening thing, soemthing that's taking you to a better place. all this gloom and pall thing is invented by us. grief is a negative feeling, treat it as such.
