Maybe give it more time? Flirt more and don't be afraid of rejection. You may have to go through a hundred ladies before you even find one that you want to date but it will be worth it!
A friend of mine who is in his 50s will go out to a niteclub with his kids and he asks every single woman in the place to dance till he gets a yes LOL. He got me that way although I threw in back into the pool eventually! But you know what? He is the one that gets more dates and more dances than his son or his friends. Why? Because he knows if he gets rejected once he can just go onto the next one!

Be yourself, and be patient. It might be a while before your dream girl is looking -- the first guy I met online (we dated for about a year) had signed up for the site MONTHS before I did. He'd just about forgotten he had a profile up when I contacted him. ;)

Here is what you need to do:
1. Have a great online dating profile-who you are and what you are looking for. Don't just say "I am just here to meet women", you will not get any responses to your ad.
2. Have an excellent photo-use this as your primary photo (this is the photo which shows in search results when people are browsing online dating ads-it is by far your most important photo). Also have other photos with friends and family as secondary photo-to give your ad a nice, friendly, normal guy touch.
3. Have a good headline-stand out from the rest.
That should get you some good dates on popular online dating sites (sites which have a large number of users, like Match.com and Yahoo Personals).
