just moved to new town, miami, oklahoma. I like going to bars but most guys are very early 20s and i am 28 and dont seem must interested in me. I have been told I am very pretty but hard time connecting with people. It seems like if your not acting like your a slut or dressing like one they seem disinterested really quick. How do I meet a nice guy, even though a bar isnt exactly the right place but nothing else around here.
is there more than one bar in town? maybe there's one for the "younger" crowd and one for a more mature crowd? not that 28 is old, but you might find less of the "have to be a slut to get attention" stuff at a bar with an older clientele.
Have you tried online dating? It's way better than the bars in my opinion. In a bar, you judge by looks first. Online, you get to read about the person, too!
