I don't really believe this is happening, but my kids approached me last night and asked me why I don't get married again. I have heard of such situtaions, and seen them enacted in movies, but what the hell do I do now? I'm totally bowled over. and it's certainly not easy to get a serious woman for marriage, looks like

I think that's a sweet gesture. Just don't rush in to anything unless you are sure.

there are some things I'm sure of and some that I'm not sure of. I do think it's a good idea to marry again, but I'm not sure of my kids' motivation in suggesting it. maybe I should find THAT out first, what do you think?

Its really hard to say, though it depends largely upon your kids' perosnalities. Best of luck!

My kids were hit harder by the divorce than I was. they never said anything buty it was obvious. i have been beating up myself with a question - do they want a new mother? their real mother doesn't keep much contact with them - she's remarried herself
