My girl dumped me when I told her I wanted us to get married. For a few days she ignored me and then when I confronted her she said she didn't want to get tied down like that. I thought we men ran when we heard the M word. What's happening to the ladies these days?

Not all of us run from marriage, There are a whole lot of us who really want to get married. Just haven't found the right guy. In your case, maybe she didn't think she was ready to commit to you.

You can't generalize. Each women is different. Maybe your girl didn't want to commit to marriage, perhaps she wasn't ready. A lot of women on this site do, they're just waiting for their guys.
