I am supporting insecurity. If you love someone who have to allow him freedom.

It's definitely insecurity. I've been on the receiving end of a possesive man and it was all deep issues he had with himself.

FOREVER LOST SAYS:
Possessiveness is a fixation, attempt to fix one’s life that is based on a prior delusion. Insecurity can be factual based, while possessiveness is usually identification with an object or object structure formed around a concept of inadequacy(s). I can be insecure about investing in art, stock markets, or other areas of investment due to a real, identified, and accepted lack of knowledge in a given area. Possessing an investment through possessive identifications means I had objectified the possession and attached it to part of me, relating to a person, place, situation, or thing of my past, demeaning it for what it is and validating some aspect of me… or patterns of me.
