Let your hair down in this archwayed. brick walled. dimly lit. but comfortable bar. The tunes are low--great for conversation. "Relax" is the message here. The Loon Bar and Grill serves the stiffest drinks in town; no dilutions here. The atmosphere is casual. and the food is surprisingly good.
