In new York. it's all about location and the River Café has the most stunning place at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. The servers weave invisibly among the tables and it doesn't matter where you sit - each chair has a view of the East River. There is a wide selection of dishes to choose from. but the main attraction is the seating. Jackets are required in the main dining room.
