This romantic resort on the Cayman Islands has a grand place on the world’s best Seven Mile Beach. It is beautifully landscaped and a tad expensive. Luxurious, though not large, the accommodations range from 70 flower-vine villas to 175 suites (request one with a balcony). The well-trained, warm, friendly staff are there to pamper and please. After tennis or a nine-hole golf game, there are seven pools and spa/tub pleasures that await. You can expect to spend quality time together here.
