The Scotsman � a five star hotel � is located between Princes Street and the Royal Mile. It has luxurious bedrooms decorated with the guest�s comfort in mind and also has a wonderful spa. There are 69 rooms in total, all of which contain handmade beds and modern technological facilities. The Cowshed Spa offers many treatments. The newest restaurant is the Vermillion, which opened in 2002. The food at the North Edge Brasserie is universally said to be among Edinburgh�s best.
