The Balmoral is a byword in elegance and sophistication. The décor maybe definitely Edwardian in era, but its modern facilities and the location of the hotel, on Princes Street, makes it a great place to stay. It has 188 rooms and two suites, along with two restaurants – one of which, the Number One, serves delicious Scottish seafood and game.
