We're a nation that's grown up eating junk food. No one has the time or the inclination to prepare something healthy. I see people around me spend exactly eight to ten minutes in the kitchen getting their lunch or dinner ready. In my grandmother's house cooking was like a sacred ritual. And the hours spent cooking resulted in healthy wholesome food. Today there's a time contrainst, yes. But doesn't any one worry about their health?
we have to take care of the most vulnerable. You also look at it from a ciutmnomy point of view. If there were a criminal preying on children in your neighborhood, you would be sure that there would be parents and neighbors keeping an eye out for the children. So lets be that diligent for our children who face the availability and affordability of that which can ruin their ability to grow up healthy.
